Refund policy
Because all Rogue City items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind
-
Color/fit preference
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
We will replace or refund orders that arrive:

Misprinted
-
Damaged
-
Defective
-
Incorrect item shipped
-
Lost in transit
To file a claim:

Email support@roguecitygear.com within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the item and packing slip
Approved claims will be replaced, refunded, or reprinted at no cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within:

6 hours of purchase
OR -
Until the item enters production
After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
EXCHANGES
Since items are made-to-order, exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
